Raphael Angelo Fernandez Arkera was raised by a second generation immigrant family and spent his earliest years running from bears deep within the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia.
When he wasn’t battling wild animals, he was creating stop motion films with Lego's and have since been unable to fight the overwhelming addiction of creating worlds for characters to exist within.
After Graduating from Full Sail University, he moved into independent film and video game productions, and formed his own production company in the process.
This led to working alongside Andy Serkis’s The Imaginarium Studios, along with writers and directors at Marvel, Netflix and Viscape Arts where Raphael was brought on to curate "Pangea" a slate of films with award winning producers and directors.
He lives for stories that champion diversity, interweave the fantastical, monsters and gluten free pasta.
